# Orbismo > Orbismo gives your AI a world to remember — not a blob of notes, but a structured, navigable map of the people, places, events, and details that make up a novel, a game, a newsroom, a project, or your own life. The AI you already use can read it, add to it, and pick up right where you left off. Setup is just connecting; your world then moves with you between LLMs, and you can build solo or invite a whole team. Connecting is the only setup. Add the Orbismo connection to your AI, activate a world, and the schema loads itself — the AI learns the world's vocabulary on its own, so you just start talking. The same world is reachable from whatever AI you use today and whatever you switch to tomorrow: there is no proprietary chatbot to learn and nothing to migrate. Switch models and your world comes with you untouched. Orbismo holds the structured memory so the AI can focus on the work. A world is a knowledge graph of typed entities (people, places, events, groups, projects, interests, items, references, and rules) connected by typed relationships, plus long-form "lore" attached to any entity. AI agents connect over MCP (Model Context Protocol): they bootstrap a world's schema and conventions, then search, read, create, and update entities and relationships. You do not have to build alone. Invite collaborators into any world with full access to create alongside you, or read-only to follow along. Access is per-world and role-based (owner, editor, read-only), so you can start solo and add your team whenever you are ready. ## Getting started - [Create your world](https://app.orbismo.com): Sign in and set up your first world. - [Setup & help center](https://help.orbismo.com/): Step-by-step setup, connecting your AI, and how-to guides — the best place to point an LLM that needs to get configured. - [Documentation](https://help.orbismo.com/): Reference for entity types, relationships, lore, and the MCP tool surface. ## How it works - Connect over MCP: An agent activates a world, then calls a bootstrap step that returns the world's vocabulary — entity types and their properties, valid relationship types with allowed source/target types, and the world's creator-authored rules and style. - Entities & relationships: Everything in a world is a typed entity (person, place, event, group, project, interest, item, reference, rule) linked by typed, directional relationships. Long-form prose ("lore") can be attached to any entity. - Worlds & roles: You can own multiple worlds and grant per-world access to collaborators. - Collaborate: Invite people into a world with full edit access to build alongside you, or read-only to follow along — start solo and add your team when you are ready. ## Plans & resources - [Pricing](https://orbismo.com/pricing): Plans and pricing - [Support](https://help.orbismo.com/): Help center and contact. ## Legal - [Privacy Policy](https://orbismo.com/privacy): How personal information is collected, used, and protected - [Terms of Service](https://orbismo.com/terms-of-service): Terms governing use of the Orbismo platform - [Cookie Policy](https://orbismo.com/cookie-policy): Cookies and similar technologies, and how to manage them - [Acceptable Use Policy](https://orbismo.com/acceptable-use-policy): Prohibited content and conduct - [DMCA Policy](https://orbismo.com/dmca-policy): Notice and takedown policy - [Sub-processors](https://orbismo.com/sub-processors): Third-party sub-processors used to operate the service
